EURODROP — WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS & MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM (PRO SERVICES)

VERSION 1.0 Last Updated: 17 July 2026

This document implements the information requirements of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 on distance contracts. It applies to Consumers subscribing to Eurodrop PRO Services. It does not apply to purchases of items from Sellers — those are contracts with the Seller, not with Eurodrop.

Part A — Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from your PRO Services contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [registered address], email: [•]

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Part B, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you asked us to begin the services during the withdrawal period. If you requested that the PRO Services begin during the withdrawal period, and you then withdraw, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Loss of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost if the service has been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. We record this consent and acknowledgement at checkout and confirm the contract, including this information, on a durable medium (e-mail / in-app document you can save).
